🤬 HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I’VE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT 16 TIMES OVER THE PAST THREE WEEKS (VIA CHAT AND EMAIL) AND NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO ME?

😔 I was an annual subscriber and took advantage of the Lifetime offer. It’s funny how I receive all their promotional emails urging me to upgrade to the Lifetime plan, yet their response when I have actual issues is disgraceful. I’ve contacted them over 16 times—via both email and the website’s customer support chat—and haven’t received a single reply. It is absolutely shameful and shows an incredible lack of professionalism. I assume I’m not the only one this is happening to—unless they’ve taken a dislike to me because they don’t like my hair. I have never seen such abysmal customer service. Or rather, it’s not just abysmal; it’s non-existent. I had already been communicating with them two weeks prior to the chats shown in this video, but the only response I received was from an AI that automatically replied saying the human team would get back to me in a few hours—yet they never did. I have tried contacting technical support through various channels—including mobile and desktop chat as well as email—but I have received absolutely no response.

Feature Request

Date + Time + URL Reference + Creator

The feature that is most missing from this application is a url reference, creator name or account and what date and time the video was accessed and transcribed. Every serious researcher/Journalist know they have to quote their references, so please can you put this vital information into the text in the first few lines of the document e.g. URL first line, Creator second line, DateTime stamp third line and Subject or Title fourth line or blank and in the filename ā€˜yyyyMMdd hhmm {Creator} {Title or subject}-TikTok TokScript’.txt If the format is consistent we can make software that isn’t AI to catalogue and index the information. Thanks for considering the feature request.
